Career Pathways

Guided Pathways supports students from their first day. Students select a Pathway, attend Start Now, and engage in New Student Pathway Advising. Students attend these sessions and build an academic and career plan with a pathway coach. This system of continued orientation keeps students engaged with advising, and strengthens their relationships between pathway coaches, faculty and student support staff.
