Helping Male Students Succeed in College and Beyond Through MILE Program
Morgan State University’s MILE (Male Initiative on Leadership and Excellence) program supports the academic achievement, leadership development, personal growth, and career readiness of male students through mentoring, academic support, professional development, and engagement opportunities. By fostering student success both inside and outside the classroom, MILE helps participants persist to graduation and prepare for rewarding careers and meaningful lives after college.
